To many times we have seen black businesses, black culture, and the black community left out of the narrative. In the wine industry, less than 1% of wineries are owned by African Americans or have a black winemaker. This is a significant difference since over 10% of wine consumption comes from Black people. This blog is created to shed light on black-owned wines and wineries and educate people on different black-owned wine brands.
About the Writer
My name is Krystal Spencer, the owner of Infuse Wine Bar. Our motto is to " Never Have The Same Wine Twice" and " Have Fun With Your Wine" . We took traditional wine tactics and spiced it up a bit. At Infuse Wine we host At Home Wine parties where we infuse wines, on the spot with flavors of your choice. We have 6 different wines with two others currently being made ( Red Blend, White Blend, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Merlot) Coming In Winter 2022 Rose, Pinot Noir, and Cabernet. We have created a process that allows us to enhance the flavor profile of our wines to allow our customers to mix and match flavors and in a sense create their own wine flavor.
